As a project engineering firm, MC Design & Contracting undertakes multidisciplinary projects that are supported by project-specific services. Amongst other new service additions, this up-sizing meant the inclusion of a sheet metal workshop, a medium-to-heavy fabrication workshop as well as an electrical workshop. Since the successful completion of that first project for General Motors, MC Design has completed numerous multimillion rand projects, for major clients in diversified fields. development of the Motor Assembly Plant for Hyundai, in Botswana. Today, the Board of Directors includes Ettiene Steyn and Reg Evans and the company employs in excess of 150 employees and has the infrastructure, facilities and technology to effectively facilitate projects in the fields of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
