As professional cost consultants, we offer the full range of quantity surveying and project management services. We therefore provide clients with fast and accurate business orientated construction financial management services on all types of projects and as a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa, it is our aim to deliver projects which are not only sustainable through its design and construction, but projects which perform well past the current norms of economic obsolescence. Our emphasis lies on value management, creating a structured approach for the assessment and development of a projects design and procurement which increases the likelihood of achieving the optimum balance of benefit in relation to cost and risk. A richness in the design solution is therefore achieved which not only satisfies all functional requirements in terms of the end-user, but also offers the best value for money from a capital investment point of view. Our services include Project initiation & championing. We are based in Port Elizabeth located in the Eastern Province of South Africa. Our staff are members of key professional bodies including the South African Council of for the Quantity Surveying Profession, the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Our clients can therefore expect the same high level of professionalism and competence required for accreditation by these bodies from our staff. We believe that by investing in our staff, through establishing internal Career Development Programs, attendance of external Continued Professional Development events and encouraging research in their particular fields of interest relating to the construction industry, not only expands the knowledge base of resources available as a whole, but it also adds value and continuity to our services offered to our clients.
