ASJ Manufacturing started off in the motor sector manufacturing steel products which included platforms, Firestone and Borbet. Jaco was able to expand the company’s service by doing general maintenance in the factories, NMMU, GMSA, catwalks etc for VWSA, mobile offices, trailers, trolleys, racks, installing and repairing conveyors as well as fitting pipe lines.
As a qualified mechanical engineer he was able to work in the building and motor sector of the industry. The company was able to expand its services by doing general maintenance in the factories and adding installing and repairing conveyors,fitting pipe lines, labour hire and project management. The last couple of years portable frames were manufactured and erected for the transport and farming sector. This side of the business expanded well and numerous warehouses were manufactured and erected or extended. We have the support of and a very good relationship with our steel merchants and other suppliers. We currently have a silver rating for Health and Safety.
