The proceeds are used to support our charities: Buyiselekhaya, Happy Feet and Cheshire charities and our staff initiatives: ERC CARES, TMG Keypers and the TAVCOR Wellness Program. In addition to our recycling, we also support Mandela Day every year. We are assisting with the building materials, logistics and classroom supplies. Our programs involve every member of staff in the Tavcor family and the Employee Representative Committee (ERC) run these initiatives centrally. We make a consistent effort to engage with our staff in a positive manner and involve them in our community. Employee engagement and satisfaction are measured monthly via the Tavcor Employee Satisfaction Index (TESi) and our annually via our Tavcor Climate Survey.
