A remarkable pale grape-pink colour this wine is a proper blanc de noir. On the nose it has the faintest whiff of floral pinotage, undertones of cool strawberry and cinnamon-apple. The nose is complex with an array of tropical fruit, figs and green peppers. The distinctive aromas support a wonderfully balanced palate, presenting purity of ripe fruit, coupled with a lingering harmonious finish. The wine has a clear, bright pale straw colour with a hint of green on the rim. The nose has aromas of freshly cut grass, nettles and cape gooseberries. The wine has a full palate and creamy mouth feel as well as a long crisp aftertaste. Clean, tropical nose with hints of pineapple, guava and granadilla. Bright, zesty mouth feel with the tropical flavours coming to the fore along with hints of ripe melon and some spicy bits. Its bright green label mirrors the fun, funky style in which the wine is made. With more freshness, elegance and depth than commercial methods customarily permit. The wonderful citrus zest and mineral tang of its aromatics, bedded in the fruit and seductive texture characteristic of good Chardonnay. This is not a one glass wonder, but a wine that you can enjoy a bottle of. Biscuit, spice and citrus fruit are very typical on such a lightly wooded chardonnay. Strawberry notes with ripe cherry and hints of candyfloss and spice. Smooth and soft in the mouth with supple easy tannins, yet enough to ensure good development. The wine has a rich, opaque plum colour, with a red rim. The nose shows intense notes of cassis, cherries and cedar with underlying hints of toasted oak, lead pencil and mint. On the palate there is a great purity of fruit showing intense dark fruit with a hint of mocha and spice. The palate is rich with notes of chocolate and a cedar wood finish. Uncomplicated, with distinct strawberry and cherry flavours on the palate. Focuses on using natural methods to achieve a balanced style that promotes drinkability, but which releases flavour, spiciness, individuality, balance and freshness. The wine has a complex nose with overtones of black and white pepper, black berry fruit, cloves and spice. On the palate there is vibrant fruit, dark chocolate, liquorice and caramel flavours, underpinned by well-integrated oak with a long and spicy finish. This is not a Pinot for those who think good red wine needs to be black, oaky and annic. Recommended with crispy roast leg of duck with wild mushrooms, slow cooked lamb with olive oil and rosemary, or decadent chocolate mousse cake. A fruit driven wine, elegant and smooth with delightful aromatics. The wine captivates the nose with primary pink and white fruit, litchi, strawberry and citrus. through onto the palate resulting in a pleasurable crisp fruit combination with a lingering aftertaste. Terra Del Capo Sangiovese has a definite hint of smokiness combined with earthy mineral elements and rich fruit flavours such as prunes, apricots and peaches. This wine has an elegant tannin structure that ends softly with a slightly sweet sensation. Traditionally Ratafia was served to celebrate the ratification of European treaties. The mellowed spirit abounds with subtle complex flavours of dried fig, peach and raisin fruits, pot-pourri floral aroma and heady jasmine, orange blossom and vanilla notes with spicy pepper and saffron overtones.
