Instalek cc started trading as RUBBERTECH in 1999 with one employee from the owners home. Our area of expertise lies in the procurement of maintenance items, equipment and spares, as well as developing a wide range of expertise to assist our customers with product quality improvement and scrap reduction.
During the last 10 years Instalek SA has become increasingly involved in the supply of production Quality improvement products and systems and today we are active within a wide range of areas within the production environment of many types of industry. Initially the company represented two US brands and traded only within the Rubber industry.
In 2008 Instalek CC registered as Instalek SA (PTY) Ltd Today, Durban and Johannesburg.
Over the years Instalek has evolved to offer a full outsource purchasing solution covering sourcing, Cape Town, situated in Port Elizabeth, Port Elizabeth and currently employs twenty people, premises in Walmer, newly renovated, head office is situated within our own, purchasing and logistics to a number of companies within many different industries.

Instalek has been representing the interests of many of our overseas manufacturing partners since The company specialises in the supply of a number of production monitoring and quality improvement products used in a large number of different manufacturing environments as well as engineering spares for a variety of machines. Our aim is to bring our customer’s requirements and our principals products together in a cost effective and beneficial manner in order to maximise our customers production quality and output.
