At our fabrication and manufacturing plant in Port Elizabeth we produce distribution boards for numerous industry applications, including heavy industry, shopping complexes and LT distributions as well as various other electrical distribution applications. Legacy Power specialises in the manufacturing and supply of cost effective, purpose built generator systems, ranging from 50KVA - 2500 KVA in accordance with the requirements of our clients.

Our Engineering facilities, experienced staff, and up to date tooling, allow for the achievement of Exceptional Quality. Our team conduct extensive FAT tests on all our generators ensuring compliance to their design specifications and relative legislative requirements. Our Power-Cube Modular site energy power units can be designed and provided with the following as integral and then assembled as OEM Equipment or in component form for assembly and rigging into position on site. We also design, manufacture and populate modular Electrical Distribution Boards and Type-tested Electrical Panels. Test Certificates on all our OEM manufactured equipment are issued referring to SABS standards and the compliance thereto. Our sound attenuation and silencer systems, are sized specifically to meet your needs and are suitable for virtually any application, noise level requirements and ambient temperature conditions and are suitable for all market sectors, including retail and residential applications. LPSA has developed its staff and products to supply high standard sheet metal products to client specification and provide client designed structural sheet metal products in various materials. Our manufacturing processes include unique in-house design and production methods including exhaust muffler design, noise reduction solutions, control systems and finish paint processes. Existing plant and equipment enclosures can be rebuilt or manufactured to retrofit clients' specifications. We are in a position to satisfy most requirements when combining structural sheetmetal designs to modular installation panels and frames. Our Manufacturing Division also produce suitable trailers platforms which we customize to client requirements. We currently manufacture for various Engine Manufacturers and Dealers with OEM Free issue agreements. LPSA continues to offer and manufacture our range of unpopulated electrical assemblies along with our custom designed for surface mounted enclosures to suit Distribution Boards, Automation or MCC Panels. In addition, we can provide all the necessary cable entries and instrumentation cut-outs to suit our client's application.
