It involves very vagarious training and auditing of all staff and facilities from sales to parts to service to used vehicles. The Service Department is equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment and can service approximately 40 cars per day. Our Service Manager, George Skorbinski, and his service team offer over 100 years in combined experience in the motor trade. Nissan Eastern Cape’s used vehicle division forms an integral part of our business, in a brand new, very prestigious showroom. It is conveniently located right next to the New Car Showroom in North End. Nissan Eastern Cape has a well-stocked & efficient Parts Department and is managed by Colin Sanderson along with a well-trained and oiled team. Nissan South Africa introduced parts management system driven by SAP at the end of 2005 and set the base for a consistent and efficient parts supply chain. This contributed to providing exceptional back-up to our Customers and our Service Departments ensuring that very little downtime occurs.
