Awful customer service and incapable of living up to quoted shipping times. Order was already late then I spent another two weeks trying to find out when it would be shipped only to be told they screwed up and would have to resubmit my order and wait another week before it would ship. I was told multiple different times that they would get me a tracking number, once claiming it would be within a couple of hours then was told it would be a few more days a few more different times. I cannot believe the level of incompetence. I placed my order so I would get it in time for what I needed it for and I still get screwed. I paid too much money on my order just to end up being screwed around. I will be sure to help anyone I know to find a good leather shop and steer clear of this trainwreck of a "business".
