As one of the most comprehensive manufacturers of polyurethanes, we offer moulded rigid, semi-flexible and flexible foams as well cast elastomers ranging from 30A shore to 95A in any size, shape and colour you can think of! We even offer our own cast plastic, Durecast, which can be cast to any design or manufactured in billet form and which machines beautifully. Where engineering plastic solutions are required, our team offers lightning fast turnaround times on machining and turning of all your standard and specialised plastic grades. We boast our very own tool room with CNC mills, lathes, manual mills as well as pattern shop for expertly made GRP tooling. Both facilities offer a full prototyping facility so let our qualified artisans assist to turn your project into reality. We process a large variety of foams with pressure injection machinery.
