My upmarket fitness studio is fully equipped with new modern equipment allowing you to train effectively and efficiently. My exercise programs are individually compiled to suite each client’s unique physique and needs. Each client will be given an individual assessment where their body fat percentage will be calculated and starting weight recorded. For ultimate results and obtainable goals the recommended amount of training sessions per week is no less than 3 days. Hard work and correct eating is the goal to a successful and healthy life. We do not wake up one morning and find ourselves to be an accountant or a doctor, nor do we wake up fat or thin. Unfortunately there is NO such thing as SPOT reduction. The body will firm the muscle in that area but any fat loss will be general not specific. Everyone is different; however one should lose inches 3-6 weeks into your training program with a personal trainer. Cardiovascular and energy difference 2-3 weeks into your training program. The results to me are showing, my body shape has changed, my confidence levels have improved dramatically. She came highly recommended by anyone that knew her and word was that bodies were literally transformed by anyone that trained with her. The pregnancy weight dropped off, but the most amazing change for me was the absolute euphoria of feeling fit and healthy. Each session is different and challenging and she knows just the right way to push and motivate her clients. Tamara’s passion is her job and she gains the most satisfaction from seeing her clients achieve their goals. She demands commitment but the feeling of achievement you gain in return is worth it.
