Tender lemon chicken strips lightly covered in bread crumbs, served with a garlic mayo. Six snails in a creamy garlic sauce topped with Parmesan and oven baked until golden. Four of our finest Prawns pan fried and tossed with our famous Peri-Peri sauce. White button mushrooms, crumbed and fried served with a home made tartare sauce. Homemade Nacho Chips topped with bacon and jalepeno chilli served with salsa, sour cream and avocado guacamole (full and half portions available) Olives, Feta, Cucumber, Tomato, Onion and Peppers served on a bed of Lettuce. He was head-hunted following completion of his course and spent some years working at a top hotel group in the UK, following which he ran the kitchen of a popular seaside restaurant in Camps Bay, Cape Town. Cobus is known for his attention to detail and subtle flavours in his cooking. We take pride in every dish which leaves our kitchen only using fresh ingredients and cooking each meal to order. Our menu is a fusion of local and international taste sensations and includes authentic tapas dishes, pastas, steaks, fresh seafood, salads, and burgers.
