As a client, you will share a close intimate personal relationship with your coach, laying your soul bare in away that you will do with no other person, sure in the knowledge that whatever you share will be held safe and sacred in the arms of your coach. As you start to succeed, improve and uplift in the various areas of your life, so you automatically uplift those around you. Each one has something special to offer, and each one has been gracious enough to share their gifts with me. Once you hit Rock Bottom, there is no other alternative. The only way to go is back up and the only choice you have to make is when. How do you pick yourself up when you are mired in debt or poverty, depression or fear? It’s a frightening thing to wake up and realize you don’t have a dream, or can no longer recall what your dreams are. Some of the greatest dreamers in the world have experienced what you are going through and have pulled through. When you are at Rock Bottom, it’s often hard to remember your dreams. That feeling of Overwhelm and Fear often leads to buried dreams. They are just lying dormant, waiting for you to reawaken them. It is not a life without problems and challenges to face. Life happens and you cannot control everything that happens to you in this world, but you get to choose your dreams! Most of us have had that experience at some point in our life, wondering what we are here for, why we are stuck in a certain job, relationship, or situation. There are many times in life when we are called to face difficult circumstances, where we find ourselves in situations not of our choosing and out of our control. If you choose to accept responsibility for changing things, it does not necessarily mean you must work to improve things. It just means that you are wise enough to know where, when and how to best expend your energies and when to say goodbye and move on. There is a life lesson to be learned from every challenge you face.
